01Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Preco Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), including Hasby and GymBank, and to this website.

What data we collect

We collect as little data as possible:

• Any data you enter into our apps (deeds, habits, savings goals, workout logs) is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, it is stored in your own private iCloud or Google account — we do not have access to it.
• We do not run third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in our apps.
• We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash reports via Apple and Google's platform-standard tools solely for the purpose of fixing bugs.
• If you contact us by email, we store your email address only to respond to your query and delete it when the matter is resolved.

Hasby — free app, no ads

Hasby is free and contains no advertising of any kind. We do not use your data to target ads. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time.
• To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@precogroup.com.
• Since most data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes it entirely.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By downloading or using any app published by Preco Group Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Use of our apps

• Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or redistribute our apps or any of their content.
• You must not use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

Hasby — Islamic content

Hasby includes Islamic content, hadith references, and deed explanations provided for informational and motivational purposes only. Preco Group Ltd is not a religious authority. Always consult qualified scholars for religious guidance.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within our apps and this website is the intellectual property of Preco Group Ltd. All rights reserved.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Preco Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

Changes to the apps or terms

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any app or feature at any time without notice.
• We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of any personal data we hold, email hello@precogroup.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within 14 days. Note: data stored locally on your device is deleted automatically when you uninstall the app.
